Hallo everyone, my name is Baltezar and I
am from South Africa, my site
is probably the only South African
Sims fan site, but if there is
other South African sites out
there please let me know. Baltezar's Sims aims to be a fan
site for
the Sims community. The content
of this site will mostly consist
of downloads, i.e. Houses,
Walls, Floors, Paintings &
Recoulored Objects made
by
me - Baltezar and Skins made by Velvet
Ghost. Visitors to the site will also have
the opportunity to
have their creations uploaded
to the site so that other Sims
fans can download it.
This
site now features over 350 downloads
which includes; Houses, Walls,
Floors, Paintings, Skins and a huge
collection of various Recoloured
Objects. (I will also colour
Objects on this site to other
colours uppon request.) Go

Any objects or houses created by yourself's
can be displayed on this site,
and made available for other
Sims fans to download. All you
have to do to see your creations
on this site, is to submit your
object or house files to me
